WHAT'S IN IT?

2 slices oat bran or other whole grain bread
1 small, really ripe banana (it'll have some brown spots on it when really ripe!)
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

STUFF YOU NEED

Toaster
Small bowl
Fork
Butter knife
Measuring spoons
Plastic wrap or foil

HOW TO PUT IT TOGETHER

  1. Toast the bread a little bit to make it crispy and slightly browned.
  2. In a small bowl, mash the banana with a fork.
  3. Spread the mashed banana with the butter knife on one piece of toast.
  4. Drizzle the chocolate syrup from the measuring spoon onto the mashed bananas.
  5. Spread the peanut butter from its measuring spoon with the butter knife onto the other piece of toast.
  6. Place the peanut butter side down onto the banana-chocolate side. Smush together!
  7. Wrap it well in plastic wrap or foil so it's ready for a lip-smacking lunch!
