Perky Pita Pocket-to-Go

WHAT'S IN IT?

1/2 of a regular-size (6-1/2-inch diameter) pita pocket
2 tablespoons reduced fat (1/3 less fat) cream cheese
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon (or more!) seedless raisins

STUFF YOU NEED

Small plate
Cutting board (if you need it!)
Cutting knife (if you need it, too!)
Measuring spoons
Butter knife

HOW TO PUT IT TOGETHER

  1. Plunk the 1/2 pita pocket down on a small plate. (If you have a whole pita, first place it on a cutting board, slice it in half with a cutting knife and save the other half for later.)
  2. Measure 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese with a measuring tablespoon. With a butter knife, evenly spread the cream cheese throughout the entire inside of the pita.
  3. Sprinkle in the walnuts, then raisins, right from the measuring spoons.
  4. Ready. Set. Open wide!
